A high-traffic city-edge site that took most bookings by phone and email. Double-bookings crept in at peak weekends, and there was no way for guests to reserve a specific pitch online.
Solution
The interactive pitch map went live on the campsite website included with CampOne. Guests now pick their exact pitch, pay with TWINT or QR-Bill, and the availability calendar blocks overlaps automatically.
Result
Online bookings climbed steadily through the first season and occupancy rose 25% year on year. Double-bookings dropped to zero once the map became the single source of truth.

A Ticino site serving a mix of Swiss, Italian and German guests. Invoicing meant hand-typing QR-Bills, and the owner spent evenings chasing tourist-tax numbers for the comune.
Solution
CampOne generates a compliant Swiss QR-Bill for every booking, in the guest’s language, and syncs paid invoices into the accounting export. Tourist tax is calculated per stay and reported automatically.
Result
