Booked Arriving Held
Booking engine

Sell every pitch in real time, from your own site — with zero double-bookings.

A real-time booking engine for Swiss campsites — interactive pitch map, seasonal pricing and drag-and-drop reservations, with no double-bookings, ever.

0 double-bookings, by design

One shared calendar

Website, reception and OTA channels all write to the same availability — a pitch sold anywhere is instantly gone everywhere.

Visual pitch map

Assign tourers, seasonals, cabins and glamping tents by dragging them onto a live map of your grounds.

Occupancy-aware pricing

Rates rise automatically as you fill up, with weekend surcharges and minimum-stay rules per pitch type.

Drag-and-drop calendar

Move a booking to a new pitch, block a row for maintenance or extend a stay — the grid updates the moment you let go.

Pitch-perfect assignment

Lakeside, shaded, motorhome or tent — guests see and choose the exact spot they will sleep on.

Deposits & pre-payment

Collect a deposit or the full amount at booking so guests arrive already settled and no-shows cost you nothing.

Self-managing cancellations

Per-rate flexible or strict policies calculate the fee, trigger the QR-Bill refund and free the pitch automatically.

The whole season on one screen

The season calendar is where your day happens: arrivals, departures, holds and maintenance blocks, all colour-coded and draggable. Because it reads the same availability as your website, there is nothing to sync at the end of the day.

  • Colour-coded arrivals, departures and held pitches
  • Drag to move, stretch to extend, block for maintenance
  • Live occupancy count as you plan the week

FAQ

Booking engine, answered

What Swiss operators ask us most about booking engine.

Can the same pitch ever be double-booked?

No. Every reservation locks its pitch atomically the instant it is confirmed, and your website, reception and channels all read one shared availability. Selling a pitch anywhere removes it everywhere in the same instant.

Can I sell glamping tents, cabins and seasonal contracts too?

Yes. Each accommodation type is its own bookable unit on the pitch map, with its own rates, minimum stays and rules — tourers, motorhomes, cabins, pods, glamping tents and long-stay seasonal contracts side by side.

How does dynamic pricing work?

You set base rates per pitch type and season. Occupancy-aware pricing then lifts rates automatically as you fill up, and you can layer weekend surcharges, peak-date premiums and minimum-stay rules on top. Nothing changes without your rules allowing it.

What happens when a guest cancels?

The cancellation flow reads the policy attached to that rate, calculates any fee, issues the refund through QR-Bill or the original card, and frees the pitch back to availability — no manual arithmetic and no forgotten refunds.

Can I take deposits instead of full payment?

Either. Configure a fixed or percentage deposit, or full pre-payment, per rate. The balance can be collected automatically before arrival or settled on the folio at check-out.
