On turnover day the difference between a calm reception and an awkward apology is housekeeping. What exactly does property management cover?

It is the staff-facing core: the arrivals and departures board, check-in and check-out, pitch assignment, housekeeping and turnover status, one unified guest profile, one running folio, staff roles, tasks and notes. It is where your reception and cleaning teams actually work each day.

How does housekeeping know which pitches to clean?

Every departure flips its pitch, cabin or unit to a dirty status automatically and adds it to the housekeeping list. Cleaners see their tasks on their phones, mark a pitch cleaning then ready, and reception only ever offers a pitch that has genuinely turned over.

Is there really one folio across every module?

Yes. Booking, the shop till, tourist tax, activities and extras all attach to a single guest profile and a single running folio. Whatever a guest does anywhere on the site, reception and billing see one person and one bill — settled once at check-out.

Can I control what each staff member can see and do?

Roles and permissions scope access per person: reception, cleaning and management each get exactly what they need. A cleaner sees the housekeeping board, not your revenue; a manager sees everything. One system, sensibly divided.

Does the arrivals board stay in sync with the booking engine?

It reads the same live availability as the booking engine and website. A check-in, a moved pitch or a maintenance block updates the calendar, the folio and the housekeeping list in the same instant — there is nothing to reconcile at the end of the day.
